Websphere, UNIX, JDBC, Secuirty Concepts (SSO, XSS, SQL Injections, etc.), CI tools (Maven, Subversion, Hudson & Nexus), or at a minimum, famliarity
version control systems.
• Application Tuning and Optimization (front-end through DB)
• Experience in Performance tuning, scaling applications for business growth
• Experience managing numerous concurrent tasks
• Experience estimating and planning work
• Experience with Agile
