Location: Kansas City, MO

Duration: 6+Months

Job Description:

·         Responsible for building scalable, robust, and maintainable extract transform and load (ETL) solutions to empower information workers and provide actionable information for business decisions.

·         Builds stored procedures, queries and views to support ETL, reporting and OLAP.

·         Facilitates consolidated access to internally and externally sourced data.

Responsibilities:

·        
Collaborates with business unit and other technology group staff to define information requirements, goals, and objectives. Assists the Project Manager and Architect in translating business need into a technical solution.

·         Builds efficient ETL (data extraction, transformation and loading), data quality, and data consolidation using SQL Server Integration Services and/or scripting.

·         Develops stored procedures and views using TSQL.

·         Maintains technical proficiency with best practices.

Required Skills:

·        
5+ years of overall IT work experience in application/database development

·         4+ years of database development

·         2+ years of ETL development using SQL Server Integration Services (2008R2 and later)

·         Experience with SSIS 2012 preferred

·         Experience with SSAS and MDX preferred.
