Job Description:
• Installation and configuration of
Exchange 2010 single handedly
• Design, configure and maintain Exchange 2010 and related infrastructure.
• Design, configure and maintain Active Directory and related infrastructure.
• Design, configure and maintain Lync 2010 and related infrastructure.
• Independently troubleshoot complex issues with systems using analytical skills to identify and resolve the root cause.
• Mentor team members on technical concepts and Exchange best practices.
• Deployment of new Exchange/AD/Lync environment
• Managing system security
• System patching and upgrades
• Performing configuration of Exchange/AD/Lync.
• Backup and restore
• Configuring Exchange services and settings
• Documenting Exchange configuration and architecture
• Managing Mailbox quota and size limits
• Reviewing and monitoring usage reports
• Managing DAG databases and creating new ones as required
• Administering and maintaining mailboxes.
• Perform health check of exchange environment
• PowerShell scripting for administration
• Proactive monitoring of the environment
• Sev-1/Sev-2 handling.
• Disaster Recovery.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or 6-8 years of experience to include 4+ years of experience with Exchange and AD Systems administration and 2+ years of experience as system administrator in Lync and Windows environment.
Required Experience
• 4+ years of experience with Exchange 2010 and Active Directory
• 2+ years of experience with Lync 2010 and windows environment.
• Must have significant experience with exchange and demonstrated experience configuring and managing exchange and AD servers.
• Strong infrastructure skills in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge and experience working with Windows Server 2008 R2, clustering and related hardware.
• SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
• Internet Information Server 6.0/7
• Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory domains and networking concepts
• Working knowledge of sharepoint will be an added advantage
• Advanced technical knowledge and experience with Windows domain models and security
• Ability to work with .NET developers to develop custom solution
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
