Design
and develop new features as part of the Application portal.

ROLES /
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onsite
lead to work with the clients and understand the existing systems.
·
Innovate
and design solutions to address the long term application needs (not just the
immediate requirement).
·
Work
intensively with the client Architect and SMEs during analysis and design.
·
Coordinate
with offshore and ensure proper delivery is done on time/budget.
·
Follow
Agile Scrum methodology for development representing entire team
onsite/offshore.
·
Perform
design, coding etc., for few of the stories as part of every Scrum.
