Urgent need for Sr. VoIP Engineer

Position: Sr. VoIP Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 1+Year

Job Description:

·         Must have solid working knowledge with VoIP, IPT, SIP solutions (IPPBX, SBC, Session Management, etc.) – specifically Acme Packet and Cisco

·         Is responsible for adding to the overall design and confirming that the design meets all of the customer’s design requirements

·         Is responsible for executing all design impacting changes in the Acme environment

·         Is responsible for providing guidance and change requests to MNSO for required standard changes

·         Is responsible for executing any high priority or expedited standard changes in the Acme environment (expected 1-2 expedited changes per week)

·         Is responsible for providing one cohesive design to the customer and being responsible for updating the overall documentation, per the customer’s design requirements

·         Is responsible for the assisting the customer with the interaction (exchange of data) between components in the solution (i.e. Avaya and Cisco)

Required Skills:  Must have Cisco and ACME experience.
