Must Have Skills:  Oracle UCM Sr. developer/ Lead

• Tech Lead / Senior Developer (5-10 years of overall experience in Java or Content Mgmt development)
• At least 1-2 years in UCM development
• Overall familiarity with onsite/offshore model
• Prior experience of leading a team of developers
• Experience in Stellent Site Studio 7.6, Oracle UCM10g, Oracle UCM11g, Oracle Webcenter Content, WCM
• Experience in installation, configuration and administration for the Oracle UCM /WCC/Stellent.
• Experience in developing the modules and Customizing Components, good understanding of SDLC, good knowledge of defect/bug fixing, experience in different phases of development and testing, strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent experience in the requirement analysis, design, development testing and maintenance of Web Based applications

Technical Skills:
• Oracle Webcenter content, OracleUCM11g, OracleUCM10g, Oracle WCM,  Stellent Site Studio 7.6
• Languages: Core Java, SQL, JSP, XML, HTML
• Scripting Language: Java Script.
