Position Summary

 seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior BizTalk Developer/Architect to define and document the system architecture and integration within internal JUSTIS system and external agency systems.  The Architect will be responsible for tuning/redesigning an existing pilot program into a production ready system.  The system development and implementation will follow the documentation provided by the Architect.  The Architect may provide consulting services as needed and will be required to provide hands-on development support.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Design, develop, and implement BizTalk Business Process Automation solution.

·         Creation of BizTalk schemas, maps, pipelines, custom components, orchestrations.

·         Integration with external systems WCF and SOAP web services, Oracle 10g and SQL 2000 databases.

·         Wrap a complex business process into an elegantly designed BizTalk solution. 

·         Setup development and test environments that mimic the production interfaces.

Requirements

·         At least 4-6 years of BizTalk experience

·         At least 2-3 years SQL Server development experience

·         Experience utilizing WCF Adapters within BizTalk 2009 to connect to Oracle and SQL databases

·         Experience writing custom components through .NET DLLs for integration into the BizTalk solution

·         Experience with message routing, email, message retention, and error/exception handling utilizing BizTalk 2009

·         Experience with base64binary type elements as relates to sending PDF/JPG documents as part of a message

·         Experience with the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)

Desired Qualifications

·         Microsoft BizTalk certified

·         Microsoft SQL Server certified
