Job Description: Phone followed by face to face RESPONSIBILTIES: • Develop and support SharePoint solutions, web parts, web services, and workflows using industry best practices • Communicate progress against project plan to project manager or internal client, as appropriate • Work with Internal Intranet Stakeholders as appropriate to define requirements, manage expectations and assist with the analysis of issues. • Ensure requirements for changes and enhancements are properly defined, have proper approvals and follow appropriate channels for testing and migrating to test and production environments. • Be able to develop comprehensive test plans, scripts and cases • Perform unit and comprehensive testing to ensure overall functionality and technical quality of deliverables • Troubleshoot technical issues and problems Requirements • 3+ years work experience developing SharePoint applications (Microsoft SharePoint 2010 & MOSS 2007) • Must have strong knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, Web Services, XSLT • Knowledge of Visual Studio 2008/2010 • Knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008 • Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML) • Knowledge or experience with FAST search or SharePoint Term Store considered a strong plus • Strong organizational skills; must be able to prioritize, and multi-task • Proven communication skills; articulate and able to communicate with associates from different functional areas and IT. • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment. • Must be able to project a positive and professional image. • Must be able to use critical thinking skills to determine best approach to problem solving. • Must maintain confidentiality at all times. • Have a strong aptitude for accuracy and must be detail oriented.

Role: Oracle RAC DBA (4792) – 1+ year contract located in Dallas Must haves Must have 1+ years of experience managing a production Real Application Cluster (RAC) system Must have 3+ years production experience using Data Guard. Must have experience using Oracle Enterprise Manager for Grid. Must have worked in a production environment supporting Oracle9i, 10g and 11g databases Experience: Work experience in Engineering and / or Information Technology Database, or Applications environment. Demonstrates experience with computer / network systems / hardware and software development methodology / processes obtained through formal training, education and / or work experience. Experience with design and development of at least one database engine. Design, model, configure, test, and install databases Document database backup, recovery, capacity, and security plans Administer, maintain, and implement changes to existing databases to meet Customer requirements Respond to test and production database problems and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas. Core Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of physical database design, capacity planning, security planning, backup and recovery systems, operating systems, data modeling, query language, at least one database engine, performance and testing, and software development concepts and technology. Proficient knowledge of technical / business environments Critical Skills: Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills, so as to gather and communicate business Customer requirements to technology development and support groups. Ability to review the technical work of / coach less senior DBAs. Ability to analyze and resolve problems of medium complexity. Ability to manage projects using the organizations project management methodology. Systems Development Engineering: Design, create, implement, and support databases to meet project and system design requirements. Implement moderately complex changes to existing databases. Install and configure new database engines and upgrades to new product releases. Implement physical data models at a project level. Create, document, and administer, and document database backup and recovery plans, capacity plans and security plans to meet project requirements.
