Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of experience, supervision and management of service delivery and product fulfillment teams.
- Works closely with service teams to refine and develop service delivery methodology and procedures.
- Ensures services are provided according to quality standards and documented procedures.
- Evaluates performance of teams in the portfolio, resolves escalated customer complaints or problem service requests.
Required qualifications:
- People-management skills coupled with strong communication skills are essential in delivery management.
- Proper planning of projects and programs is vital, hence delivery manager must have good planning skills that go along with proper time management.
- Working knowledge of any CRM tools is a must.
- Should have worked with ETL and Data Migration tools.
- Candidates must possess a strong customer-service orientation.
- Program/project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well with others in a diverse workplace.
- A high degree of analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Knowledge or experience in ITIL best practices
- Exposure to Managed Services projects and Hosting platform solutions would be a plus.
