Position: Peoplesoft Programmer
Location: Albany New York
Duration : 1 Year

Job Description

Application development tasks including:

• -     Researching and documenting technical designs
• -     Programming solutions
• -     Writing and executing Unit Test Plans
• -     Researching, resolving, and testing defects.
• -     Customer technical support.

Programmer; - Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team- Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work- Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions. 

Mid Level;  36-60 months;  Candidate is able to work without assistance.  

Qualifications:

• 24 Months of Experience utilizing Oracle Data Integrator to build and manage interfaces between PeopleSoft and external systems.
• 24 Months of Experience utilizing PeopleSoft Integration Broker, involving integrating with PeopleSoft and 3^rd party systems.
• 36 Months of Experience Designing Customizations in a PeopleSoft Financials environment.
• 36 Months of Experience in application development using PeopleTools.
• 48 Months of Experiencing of general Application Development Experience in an object oriented development environment.

Position: People Soft Programmer Senior Expert
Location: Albany New York

Job Description

Specialist

Experience in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products

that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Programmer

- The Authorized User may seek Specialists in the following areas (list is not exhaustive):

• Backup and Recovery

• Security

Expert: 

84+ Months

Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field

• At least 84 months programming experience developing with PeopleTools with at least 36 months of that experience programming with PeopleTools developing highly customized PeopleSoft Base Benefits or Benefits Administration applications at release levels of 9.x or higher. 

(Creation of ‘run control’ panels or pages, PS/Query development, Crystal Reports development and SQR development will NOT be considered qualifying PeopleTools programming experience.)  

• At least 48 months programming experience developing with PeopleTools at release levels 8.46 or higher in PeopleSoft Base Benefits or Benefits Administration with at least 12 months of that being significant technical experience in a PeopleSoft Application and/or PeopleTools upgrade of a highly customized PeopleSoft Application where the customizations were integrated with delivered processing as part of the upgrade.  The target release of the upgrade should be PeopleSoft Application release level 9.X.

• At least 48 months programming experience developing with PeopleTools at release levels 8.46 or higher in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable or General Ledger.

• At least 48 months experience working with an Oracle database.

• At least 48 months experience using SQL against a relational database to support PeopleSoft related tasks

• At least 48 months experience working in a UNIX environment

• At least 24 months experience developing programs using SQR. 

• At least 24 months experience with two or more PeopleSoft projects which required coding, testing and implementation activities.
