Job Description: ·         This is need for a PSFT expert.  ·         Location is Houston, TX .  ·         Length of time is 15 days staring ASAP (Monday) would be good. Details are: Customer went live on September 1st with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1, PeopleSoft EPM 9.1 ? Bundle 7, Ascential Datastage 8.1, OBIEE 10.1.5  Various performance issues have been encountered and client and IBM (system integrator) team has been working with Global Support to resolve the issues. However now they are looking for a resource to come onsite and conduct a DataStage Server Configuration Assessment to make sure they are configured optimally to meet the production performance requirements.  Once of the hash file ran for 14 plus hours for 3.5 million records. Normally it should be done within an hour’s. Customer DBA found that DB server had (Trend Micro Security) software running and it was scanning the files. For the time being client has disabled the TREND MICROS SECURITY software on the server however it’s a risk and they can’t continue running with Trend Micro Security software disabled. Hence they would like some guidance and instructions to run HASH files along with Trend Micro Security Software running without an impact to the performance.  Client has already load the Financial Data and will be loading the HR data but would like to conduct the performance assessment 1st. For reference here are the Service Requests surrounding the issues: SR 3-6186622191 : Performance Issue on DataStage Production SR 3-6187254941 : OBIEE Security Issue SR 3-6191860211 : IBMIS81 : The SEQ_J_FACT_PS_F_PO_DISTRIB_E job has been aborting SR 3-6026254381 : HCM WHSE 9.1 J_Dim_PS_D_EMPL_JOB_4 fails because of ORA-01843: not a valid month
