description:

Seasoned Business Analyst with significant
experience in the Financial Services space implementing Banking data solutions
·
Significant experience with Custody data and
business processes and should be well versed with Custody data elements,
business logic and analytical reporting
·
Experience creating data definitions for Custody
data Experience leading test teams, creating test strategy, planning and test cases
Experience working with clients in creating functional requirements and
acceptance criteria
·
The candidate will perform a business analysis
role driving the requirements gathering phases of projects, liaising with
business users to develop high quality business requirements
·
To understand by product line, the data flows
and processes within above mentioned business areas through the TDB
application.
·
Expected to be part of a bank-wide initiative
looking at all asset classes front to back
·
Work collaboratively with a global team of
business analysts, using a global analysis process
Main
Duties
·
Drive the requirements gathering phases of
projects to ensure that high quality requirements are developed as per the
published project plans
·
Document business requirements, evaluate
alternative solutions and recommend the best designs for the business
·
Model investment banking products and processes
in functional design documentation
·
Build Traceability Matrix that assists in
writing system and user acceptance test plans. To verify the developed solution
meets the agreed requirements
·
Develop requirements within a standard
framework - using a structured methodology or approach Person Requirements
Experience requirement
·
Must have worked in an IT team before either as
a developer or a technical business analyst working closely with developers
·
Must have sufficient business knowledge to
interact with the business and understand their issues
·
Experience of working on Finance systems, must
demonstrate knowledge of project development lifecycle.
·
Ability to write SQLand experience of using
process and data modelling methodologies, e.g. UML
·
Excellent knowledge in Investment Banking,
Forecasting/Estimating (Competency), Oracle PL/SQL, Research & Analysis
(Competency)
