Job Descriptions:

o    10+ years of industry experience

o    Effective offshore co-ordination experience (This is a key factor here as the dev. team will be based out of offshore)

o    Efficient co-ordination with cross teams in the client’s place

o    Team management and status reporting

o    Prior experience in working with Agile methodologies

o    Strong experience and hands on in .Net technologies (ASP.Net, .Net framework 2.0, 3.5, 4.0)

o    Data base programming and management experience with SQL Server 2005 and 2008

o    Should have MS CRM experience (This is mandatory)

JD:

·         QA Project /Program manager

·         Need strong communication skills.

·         Excellent Knowledge in Quality Center usage for Requirement tracking, test planning , test execution and defect tracking

·         Good in communication and customer coordination

·         Knowledgeable in Validation testing area

·         Planning, defining, executing, and analyzing high-level performance testing strategies and solutions through business, functional and technical expertise.

·         Leading team in implementing all actions required for application test automation.

·         Develop Test Plan and Test Data Strategy.

·         Supervising the design and implementation of testing scripts

·         Coordinating with multiple test teams within project team

·         Coordinating with offshore on a daily basis

·         Excellent customer interaction skills

·         Experience in developing / implementing test strategies including all test types and experience in developing UAT related training materials.

·         Experience with SAP ASAP or similar project methodologies

·         Ability to advise on Core SAP Modules and Data Mining

·         Experience in setting up SAP test factories supporting multiple geographies
