Work in a Mangaed VoIP and IPTL service development and testing lab in Middletown, NJ doing service development and testing for the managed BVoIP and IP telephony services.

Work with Service Planning in the development of technical service requirements around using Cisco and Avaya IP telephony CPE and applications for the BVoIP and managed IPTL services.
Design and develop lab test environments that will be used to develop and test engineering rules for the managed CPE to meet the requirements of the services.
Develop and execute test plans and work with vendors to identify, track, and resolve any bugs found during testing.
Document CPE engineering rules and configuration guidelines and provide training to both pre-sales and post-sales support teams supporting the BVoIP and managed IPTL services.
Support system testing of fault and performance management systems used for provisioning and monitoring of the service.
Subject matter expert in Cisco and/or Avaya IP telephony CPE and transport of VoIP over enterprise VPN networks.
