Position: Siebel DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Location: Church Street : NY.
Duration: 6 months
Please note: this is a Lead position.
F2F is Must
C2C and H1 is ok for this position . Priority for GC/Citizen/ EAD or H1 transfer
who can come as our W2 employee.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
References should be provided from at least two former or current clients where the contractor has performed the same or similar work. Provide the name, address, phone number and e-mail address of the reference as well as a brief description of the work performed.

Responsibilities include:
* Lead the Siebel development team in technical design, configuration and unit test
* Maintain the development work plan to monitor workload and track team progress
* Perform technical design, configuration and unit test as needed in order to meet project timelines
* Act as the point of contact for all Siebel development issues related to the project
* Meet with IT stakeholders to provide status, including risk / issue management
* Manage the triage of all defects and issues to resolution
* Ensure that agency and industry standards are followed in configuration and scripting
* Coordinate recommended solutions for performance and usability improvements
* Work with configurations, designers, and architects to ensure that the configured application meets requirements and performance goals
* Coordinate transitions of the application or technical architecture components to the test and application support teams
* Ensure that documentation standards are followed
* Escalate issues and provide status to management
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE.
1. At least 8 years of Siebel experience
2. Experience in managing end to end complete life cycle Siebel projects
3. Hands-on experience with:
a. Siebel Tools configuration
b. eScript
c. Workflow
d. State Model
e. Activity Templates
f. Relational Databases/SQL
4. Good understanding of Siebel data model
5. Have excellent communication skills
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
1. Experience in Siebel Public Sector V7.8
2. Siebel EAI
3. Web Services
4. Siebel EIM
5. Siebel Correspondence
6. Actuate Reports
