Requirement skills:
Client needs a Strong Java Developer, doing mostly all backend work. They are migrating from one environment to Java. Client said they need to understand the Development Framework and have good experience with JUnit. Client would like someone with heavy Graphics/Front End/look and feel type experience. He needs someone that will ALSO be able to maintain that environment, in addition to the day-day Java Development work. So, He needs a Java Developer that has some experience dealing with Flash/Adobe/CSS, etc..
