3 years performing Informatica installations/administration 
3+ years using SQL in an Oracle or SQL Server environment

Job Description: Must have SharePoint Experience Required Skill Set: -Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience required -Minimum of five years of systems analysis experience required -Experience with SharePoint required-they need to understand what SharePoint can do / how it is set up (but not an architect or programmer). -Experience working with enterprise technologies such as video conferencing, audio conferencing, web conferencing (i.e., Office Communicator), Outlook, Instant Messaging, and fax preferred-video conferencing and audio conferencing; and messaging applications -One to three years financial services or securities industry experience preferred -Knowledge of Information Security practices and technology solutions preferred Duties: MAJOR DUTIES: - Under direction, perform analysis, develop specifications, and test functionality of new and enhanced systems for enterprise technologies such as video conferencing, audio conferencing, web conferencing (i.e., Office Communicator), Outlook, Instant Messaging, Rightfax, and the Employee Profile System. - Provide analysis to support, maintain, and enhance reports and applications related to BISD's SharePoint portals, document libraries and workflows. - Facilitate communication between assigned users and BISD regarding information technology and business initiatives. - Facilitate communication between end users of assigned technology solutions and BISD regarding information technology and business initiatives. - Prepare design documentation and user documentation. - Translate business objectives into published system specifications. - Develop design specifications to meet business objectives. - Develop and publish test specifications, including preparation of test data. - Work with development staff to conduct thorough unit and system testing.
