Job Description:

The SAP HANA Managing Consultant has the primarily responsibility for the rollout of technical and functional aspects of the HANA solution. The SAP HANA Consultant will lead the integrated planning, design, implementation and support of SAP HANA based solutions including SAP LT Replication Server, SAP ECC, SAP Data Services, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), and SAP BI/Business Objects in large and complex environments.

This position also requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders of client companies and a proven track record designing and implementing SAP HANA Solutions. The candidate must be a team player as well as be able to work independently and manage development resources.

Technical Architecture

o SAP HANA Data provisioning technology including SAP LT Replication Server, Data Services, Sybase replication server
o Hands on experience in technical planning, installation, upgrade, Operating Systems DB migration and Unicode Conversion
o Technically proficient in Operating Systems (Unix/Windows/Linux)
o Technically proficient in Databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL server, MaxDB)
o Experience with SAP HANA Security including User Management, Roles, and Privileges
o Experience in performance tuning, System Copies and Unicode Conversions
o Ability to administer, monitor, troubleshoot, analyze and resolve technical problems.
o Ability to plan for implementation including sizing, scoping, high availability and disaster recovery strategy

Data Management
o Strong background in multiple database technologies to design data models and analytical apps
o Experience with SAP ECC table data model and analysis
o Definition, design and implementation of SAP SLT replication schemas in SAP HANA
o Experience with SAP HANA data modeling using Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View
o Experience with SAP HANA programming including SQL, SQL Script, and CEScript
o Proven experience with reporting including handling complex scenarios using joins, ABAP and SQL
o Experience with SAP HANA Data Administration including managing schemas, data model objects, import/export content
o Implementation experience and knowledge of SAP reporting for different functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales
o Experience handling integration between multiple systems for reporting - SAP ECC, SAP BW, BOBJ integration, etc.

Required
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 1 year experience in SAP HANA
* At least 5 years experience in SAP BW/BOBJ
* At least 3 years experience in SAP Data Services
* At least 5 years experience in Data Modeling and design
* At least 5 years experience in ETL Design and Development
* Readiness to travel Up to 3 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
* English: Basic knowledge

Preferred
* At least 2 years experience in SAP HANA
* English : Intermediate

The .NET Developer will be responsible for supporting the group's architecture effort on an application's deployment and post deployment.

Required Skills:

• Must have 5-6 years of development experience
• Experienced in C#, WinForms and SQL Server
• Must have experience in an Agile environment
• Good communicator, energetic and a self-starter

Nice to have Skills:

• Experience with WPF
• Previous Financial is a HUGE PLUS!
• Local to Charlotte is preferred
