•         J2EE background . java skills essential
•         RDBMS – Oracle preferred – SQL programming including Stored procedures . Additional plus familiar with ETL for large scale integrations.

Experience with Lockbox is needed…which they should have if they have Adv Collections. strong knowledge in using Application Object Library (AOL). PL/SQL development and SQL query also a must. They also need to have mapping skills. They need to have worked at large corporations with experience in Multi-Org and Multi-Currency environment. Finally, Mark had mentioned that they need to understand business requirements but won’t be writing them! And…good communication skills!
