- 5 + years PeopleSoft HCM experience, including experience with HCM v9.0
- 5 + years ERP system implementation experience
- Experience in two or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: Core PeopleSoft HCM including global implementations with Core HR including Compensation planning and variable compensation, eCompensation, and eCompensation Manager Desktop
- 5 + years PeopleSoft HCM experience, including experience with HCM v9.0
- 5 + years ERP system implementation experience
