Position : Web developer
Location : NY
Duration :6+ months

Required Skills/Experience (Skills that the successful candidate(s) must have) :

Consultant must have in-depth technical knowledge of and experience in ASP, Visual Studio 2008 .NET (ASP.Net, VB.Net), HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, Crystal Reports, MS SQL Server, Data modeling (preferably ErWin) tool and Object oriented programming methodologies. Consultant must have in-depth knowledge and experience in relational database design, development and implementation. Consultant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in multi-tiered, enterprise-scale projects though all phases of software development lifecycle (i.e., requirements analysis, design, development, QA/testing and deployment).

Consultant must be flexible, self-motivated, diligent, resourceful, and able to work independently. Consultant must demonstrate unshakeable integrity in all he or she undertakes and must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Consultant must be able to work directly with end users during the technical development cycle, maintaining solid customer focus, at the same time pressing towards technical excellence.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of industry experience and 3 years in the above-mentioned technologies is a must.

Additional Skills (Skills that are a plus, but not required) :

XML, XSLT, Web Services and MS Team Foundation Server experience would be a plus.

Assignment 
Required skills include strong proficiency in the technical skills mentioned above to develop (architect, design and code) new web based application(s). Consultant will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, installing, and/or deploying technologies. Develop physical database structures, stored procedure, functions, triggers etc. as required to meet the business and application requirements on a project.
