Proven experience of using Java, preferably J2EE.
- Experience with using Spring and Hibernate.
- Proven experience of using Flex, BlazeDS and Spring BlazeDS integration.
- Good level of understanding database/storage systems, preferably [Oracle|MS SQL Server]
- Proven software integration skills, e.g. good understanding of multi-tier architectures (e.g. frontend-middleware-backend).
- The ability to design and develop completely simple web applications (preferably using Flex) that persist data in a database system.
- Good level of understanding of the underlying tools and technologies (flex, java and their corresponding compilers and run time environments).
- Experience using application/web servers (preferably Apache Tomcat).
- Experience on using software collaboration tools (version controlling like subversion, bug trackers).
- Experience with build tools (Maven, Ant) and continuous integration concept.
- Proven experience of using best practices in the industry and the will to apply the best-practices in the projects they are working for.
