J2EE SOA Security Expert

Position: J2EE SOA Security Expert
Location: Baltimore (Woodlawn), MD
Rate: DOE
Experience: must have 11 years w/ Bachelors; or 9 years with Masters degree.
Description: long-term contract

 F2F is a must

·          Solid experience with enterprise application IT security, including recent senior/architect level roles in at least two large scale successful Service Oriented Architecture Systems Integration implementations
·          Information System Security Professional (CISSP) Certification or equivalent
·          Experience with SOA service security design and implementation
·          Experience with systems security architecture design and implementation
·          Experience with implementing Security Policy Management
·          Experience with cryptographic techniques, securing communication, authenticating and authorizing application users,  securing XML Web services, integrating PKI and distributed audit logging
·          Experience with LDAP v3 protocol, LDAP SDK, WS-Security, SAML assertions and digital certificates
·          Experience with the design, development and integration of complicated software systems in client-server, distributed, web based and multi-tier environments over various flavors of operating systems, and extensive Relational and Object Oriented database systems implementation
·          Strong object oriented software development experience in JAVA, J2EE technologies like JSP, Servlet , JSTL, EJB, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, JAXB, JSF, Struts, JPA, Hibernate, Tiles, ANT, Maven, log4j and Junit
·          Strong XML technology experience such as XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSL, XSLT, etc
·          Extensive experience with developing Java Web Services WSDL, SOAP, XML , RESTful, Web Services Development Kit, WS-I, WebSphere, JBoss, WSDL
·          Extensive experience with full software development life cycle (SDLC) including business requirements analysis, system design, development
·          Working knowledge of utilizing J2EE development IDEs such as WebSphere Rational Application Developer (RAD) and WebSphere Integration Developer (WID)
·          Experience with relational and Object oriented database design and implementation using DB2
·          Have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
·          Must be able to navigate in a Windows workstation setting, and have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
·          Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical. Candidate must be able to effectively interact with all levels of customer staff, and be able to flourish in a government contract setting.
·          Candidate should be able to adapt to a changing environment.

Desired:

·          Experience with FUSE ESB
·          Experience with JBRMS/DROOLS by RedHat
·          Expertise with SOA system implementations using WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus, WebSphere Registry and Repository, and DROOLs
·          Expertise with SOA system implementations using jBPM, DROOLS, and WebSphere Registry and Repository
·          Experience working as a government contractor

Education:

·          An undergraduate degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology or a computer related field with 11 years of professional experience, or a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a computer related field with 9 years of professional experience.

***Candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance prior to beginning work***
