Business Reason: This opening is due to increasing workload, in which this person will be supporting various projects such as customer1st mailbox, login project, self-service site. 

Brief Job Description: Support launch of Customer Self-service website, provide project management & tracking, coordinate UAT for self service site, manage customer 1st mailbox and provide general project support

Required Skills: Business analyst role, project management skills ,detail oriented, previous experience with IT projects:, capturing/documenting business requirements, past involvement with UAT,experience in customer-facing web-based project, proficient with PowerPoint.  This person must have good communication skills as this is a client interfacing role.  This person will be managing deliverables.  This person must have strong documentation skills and be very detail oriented. Must be able to communicate well with clients, as well as internal teams.  Candidate must be able to work independently.  Having a project management skills will be a huge plus, but this person will not be managing budgets, or people.
