Position: Senior Middleware Runtime Automation
Duration: 12+months
Location: New Jersey

Requirements:
Application development, architecture and product engineering experience with in-depth knowledge of industry-standard technologies (e.g. Java/J2EE,Weblogic, .Net, Weblogic, JMS, Websphere, ANT, Siteminder, LDAP, JDBC, Clustering, ORACLE, security). 
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Tivoli Provisioning Manager(TPM) or Opsware
Experience in full software development (or software infrastructure) lifecycle in an enterprise environment with multiple middlewareproducts integrations skills
Must have strong debugging skills at various tiers of a given application with multiple (App Code, security, J2EE, BW, JMS and DB) tiers to provide automated integrations
Strong background on the Unix with scripting (ssh, Shell, Perl, Python) with various platforms (AIX, Linux, Solaris) to understand and build administrative solutions
In-depth knowledge of J2EE and ORACLE technologies to build various enterprise application components such as ear, war, WebServices and DB objects with necessary tuning skills
Should be proficient using industry standard eclipse based design, integration and monitoring tools (Hawk, Tivoli)
BPM and Workflow management tools experience OBPM, Staffware a plus
Experience with supporting JMS architectures including JNDI, Content-based routing, Zones, Topic, Queues.
Good to have experience with any SOA solutions.

Non-Technical Skills:
Excellent documentations/communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to articulate technical opinions to large audience with various skill levels.
Must be able to function within teams as both a team player or a team leader.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities:
Senior resource with at least 8 years of IT experience for design, development, integration and building of various administrative,automation tools/components of cutting-edge Middleware (J2EE app server, BPM, Messaging, orchestration and DB) infrastructure and 12 years experience in enterprise level Information Technology projects. The primary responsibility is to design, build/maintain new runtime administration tools involving provisioning and automation with a flexible and highly availableMiddleware hosting products environments globally. The hosting environment must enable segregation of applications from different teams using a common hardware platform. The final result is reviewing the current manual processes involved inmiddleware product procurement processes for the applications and automate to increase developer/operational productivities. Candidate must possess strong technical capabilities and play a team player with lead role 

Specific deliverables include
:
Coordination with various stakeholders product engineering/solutions teams, infrastructure support teams and other tool owners to come up with target automated technical architecture
Technical Documentation of all tasks
Define clear modular deliverables to get the development completed with off-shore teams with necessary stub programs and prototypes and respective ownership to maintain
Should be able to review the automation architecture for a given middleware product and setup a simulated lab environment with required technical components
