Job purpose of Project controller: To maintain the project plan, maintain and update project reporting (I.e. through shared data repository - Clarity) and provide general support to the Project Manager and project team as needed.
1. Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, and quality management.
2. Produces consolidated reporting, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred.
3. Ensure compliance with the Company’s financial policies and procedures to include revenue recognition policies and project set up rules.
4. Collaborate with the Financial Administrators on the monthly reconciliation of billed/unbilled vs. revenue activity to include researching unexplained reconciling items.
5. Manages the Project documentation repositories.
6. Analyzes and provides synthesis of key information to PMS
7. Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates to complete estimates at completion (EAC) for reasonableness against plans and actual expense rate.
8. Coordinate with the Financial Administrators to ensure project NTDs are accurately prepared and timely submitted.
9. Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
10. Set up and maintain assigned projects based on project requirements and in compliance with the Company’s set up rules to ensure the proper recognition of revenue.
11. Assists with the production of user documentation.
12. Provide financial guidance and support to facilitate the accurate set-up, performance and reporting of projects.

The PMO Scheduling team has 1 vacant position with soon to be losing Srinath Hari and there is a need for an additional team member to support the new 2010-2011work being assigned.
