I have a client in Dallas that runs a call center with around 100 people that will be doubling in size by mid-2012. Their IT infrastructure include Dell servers, Cisco backbone, Avaya VOIP solution, etc

Client that is migrating from Exchange 2007 to 2010

I need someone urgently with the following skills:

·         Someone who is well versed in Microsoft technologies and who can look at the existing infrastructure architecture and make specific recommendations that are Industry best practices and/or Microsoft best practices

·         Someone who can help with the Exchange migration

·         Someone who understands virtualization, Active Directory, Firewalls, etc.

·         Someone who is technical and capable of doing the work themselves, but more importantly, someone who can be a level above that and do the assessment from an overall architecture standpoint, someone who has the business acumen to work with a client, make technology suggestions/recommendations and help so some of the work and manage a team to do the rest.

·         Some who is Microsoft certified – Preferably Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Server and Windows technologies. Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) could work
