Project Description:

The client is currently seeking a senior-level Java/J2EE developer to join its information security team.  The candidate will develop strategic enterprise security solutions with a focus on user access control, automated provisioning systems, enterprise authentication systems and related technologies which are essential deliverables to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·      Design and develop complex, multi-tiered transactional web applications using Java and J2EE technologies.

·      Implement integration between applications using both web services and custom APIs.

·      Develop front-end web applications using frameworks such as Struts or Spring and interactive technologies such as AJAX.

·      Build data access components, queries, and stored procedures in multiple database platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.

·      Programmatically interface with directory services including LDAP and Active Directory.

·      Integrate with identity and access management systems for provisioning, authentication, and authorization.

·      Develop scripts in languages such as Perl or Python to perform data manipulation and server automation.

·      Deploy applications on J2EE application servers (Websphere) and troubleshoot application server issues when necessary.

·      Perform application testing and debugging for both new and existing code.

Qualification: • Expert in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design using different programming languages, especially Java Minimum Years Required: 8 Qualification: • Strong experience in development of server-side applications using enterprise technologies, especially J2EE (EJB/JSP/JMS). Minimum Years Required: 8 Qualification: • Strong scripting knowledge, particularly Javascript and Perl/Python. Minimum Years Required: 8 Qualification: • Extensive knowledge and practice in use of Relational Database Systems: MS SQL-Server, Oracle, DB2, using different SQL dialects: TSQL, PL/SQL, ANSI-SQL etc. and database persistence technologies like JDO or Hibernate Core. Minimum Years Required: 8 Qualification: • Very skilled in use and configuration of J2EE Application servers, particularly WebSphere and JBoss. Minimum Years Required: 8 Qualification: • Extensive experience in development of Web Applications based on Struts and Spring, Tomcat, JSP, Servlets, AJAX and GWT and Ext-GWT. Minimum Years Required: 8 Qualification: • Experienced in design and application of messaging architectures using IBM Websphere ESB and/or MQ-Series Minimum Years Required: 8 Qualification: • Skilled in HTML/XHTML/CSS web design techniques with dynamic behaviors implemented using JavaScript and dHTML. Minimum Years Required: 8 Qualification: • Very good knowledge and practical skills in writing transformation scripts for XML document rendering using XSLT, XSL-FO (used to render PDF documents) and XPath. Minimum Years Required: 8 Qualification: experienced in use of XML processing and binding libraries: JAXB2, SAX. Minimum Years Required: 8 Qualification: • Designed, implemented and performed regression tests using unit test frameworks like JUnit.
