Position: Designer/Architect - Lotus Notes/SharePoint Migration
Location : Bloomington , IL
Length : 7 Months

F2F is Must

Responsibilites include work with a team with driving the adoption and consumption of collaborative technologies.  Individual's main focus will be on the strategy and execution of moving applications off of the Lotus Notes platform (non-strategic) to SharePoint (strategic collaborative platform) or other suitable alternatives.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 
_ Technical liaison within Systems and other departments for Lotus Notes migration work
_ Have high level understanding of the large scale technical infrastructure
_ Drive infrastructure technology issues related to migration to resolution
_ Create Architecture or Business decision documents as needed
_ Work with business areas to drive out requirements 

Help define schedule tasks, hours, and dependencies
_  Maintain Project/SOW backlog
_ Own and maintain project risks, issues , and dependencies
_ Ensure Approval Packages and other Phase deliverables  are completed on time
_ Coordinate dependency meetings with other projects, as needed
_ Facilitate meetings to make sure tasks are on schedule and follow-up or take action when appropriate
