Job Description
Ability to analyze what legacy systems will be adversely impacted by the ERP deployment and drive towards a solution (report not needed, report needs converted, report needs sustained in legacy system etc)

Assignment	Onsite co-ordinator for the Hyperion Brio development work being currently executed using an onsite offshore delivery model. The hyperion reports are generated from the Datawarehouse
Principal Responsibilities	Work closely with the business users and the offshore team.  Provide technical guidance to the offshore team, carry out reviews and work as a gate keeper for the work being delivered by the offshore team. Also manage work allocation for the offshore team. Technology used for the application where developer will be allocated are as below. Programming Language used: Primarily: PL/SQL. Also used: SQL, Unix shell scripting, Perl scripting, SQR and BQY Database: Oracle 10g and 11g Platform: Unix, Hyperion, Windows Tool: Toad, MS office, PVCS
Skills/Abilities	Database  - Minimum 4 years working knowledge of Oracle Stored Procedures  - Excellent PL/SQL Skills  - SQL Loader skills  - Design and building Database views and tables  - Performance tuning Hyperion  -  - Experience writing SQR  - Experience with creation of SQI's  - SQR report formatting experience  - Experience in building OLAP reports charts and Pivots  - Experience with Hyperion 8.5 platform Ability to quickly learn the application and tools. Analytical skill is a big plus. Application architecture experience is a plus. Independent and reliable worker. Good communications.

2. IBM WebSphere Portal development work (Prefer 6.x or higher); includes Administration, LDAP, Domino, RDBMS, Web/HTTP
3. Good understanding of the J2EE design patterns
4. Have sound experience with most of: JSP, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Servlets, JDBC, JMS, JAXB, JDOM, AJAX, XML; XSLT and Web Services technology
5. Be self starter in developing new technical skills; be able to demonstrate strong technical growth
6. Be proficient in the use of software development tools (IBM Rational Application Developer, Clear Case, Clear Quest) and techniques in software projects
