OBIEE Order Management Business Analyst to assist our client with a global ERP implementation.
GC/Citizens or EAD. F2F is  must after telephonic interview
PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania
Duration: 18 months.
Rate :$60/hr on 1099.

Job Description
Ability to analyze what legacy systems will be adversely impacted by the ERP deployment and drive towards a solution (report not needed, report needs converted, report needs sustained in legacy system etc)
Ability to drive business and process team members through the process of understanding and uncovering business needs/intent and reporting requirements.
Ability to understand the gaps of the Oracle/JDA solution and global solution and recommending solutions and a reporting strategy.
Ensure reporting needs have been assessed and addressed through thorough inquiry and discovery.
Interacts with business clients to define, analyze, and deliver customer requirements.
Responsible for understanding business/user requirements and translating those requirements into appropriately designed solutions
Research reporting problems and defects as identified by QA, customers, etc.; identify appropriate solutions.
Able to understand data warehouses and business intelligence tools such as (OBIEE, Cognos, etc).
Able to work as a liaison between the business and the technical teams towards a common goal.
Able to work with the various ERP process and shared service teams.
Able to understand the global requirements of Order Management reporting and compare it to both standard Oracle functionality as well as custom enhancements in eBS and OBIEE.
Able to work with other members of the End User Reporting team to ensure a complete solution to reporting needs is designed.
Required Skills
Experience: 1+ year of working with or developing data warehouses and leveraging tools to query the data such as OBIEE, Cognos etc.
Experience: 1+ year with legacy Order Management processes.
Candidates must possess strong technical skills including;
o Understanding the manufacturing process of steel from the Order Management component.
o Data and database analysis, design, development and architecture
o Reports requirements gathering and documentation experience
Candidates must have the ability to:
o Understand the functional capabilities of the Oracle/JDA system and translate the business requirements into functional requirements.
o Quickly grasp new concepts and methods
o Work with a cross-functional team towards a common objective
o Lead effective meetings, including user design review sessions and stakeholder review meetings
o Familiarity with integration to legacy reporting systems such as Cognos, SAS, and Focus.
Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills, strong problem solving skills with the ability to drive the process and solution.

Desired Skills:
Data Warehouse designs and inquiry tools to extract data
General knowledge of Informatica or other ETL tools
Knowledge of Business Planning, Commercial and Pricing
Experience working in the manufacturing sector.
