Client currently seeks a Contact Center Infrastructure Support Analyst (CISCO) to join our team in central Illinois. 

Qualifications:
Position Functions or Responsibilities:
Network - TA - Contact Center Infrastructure Support

Here is the list of support knowledge required:

·               Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
o              Installation experience
o              Application Configuration Support Knowledge
o              Infrastructure troubleshooting
·               Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience
o              Installation experience
o              Infrastructure configuration and troubleshooting experience
o              Experience with Multiple instances of UCCE using ICM to ICM gateways
o              Knowledge of adjunct connectivity
·               CTIOS troubleshooting server side
·               TCP/IP networking fundamentals
·               Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
·               Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
·
