SAP HR E-learning Courseware Developer using RDW uPerform.

The Arkansas Dept of Finance AASIS Team is looking for an SAP HR E-learning Courseware Developer to develop E-learning courseware from existing courseware using RDW uPerform

Complete Description:

SAP HR Experience and RWD uPerform Author Experience Create an E-learning prototype using SAP/RWD/SAP Authoring tool. The prototype will be based on converting an existing classroom course (HCM: HRTRC - Time Recording and Approval) to RWD course (e-learning) to include a participant guide, and an assessment in SAP Authoring tool. The Courseware Developer will work with the RDW Administrator to acquire courseware template. The developer will create this courseware to be administered via the web. The developer will create it to be asynchronous, with content rich highly interactive activities that engage the learner to enhance the transfer of knowledge.

Tasks with Estimated time and delivery dates: (480 total hours)

16hrs - class time Familiarize with HRTRC/take HRTRC course from AASIS SME
24hrs - 4/7/2011 Work with SME to prepare HRTRC assessment in SAP authoring tool.
8hrs - 4/8/2011 Start courseware, work with Contractor 2 to determine usability of CSH template to record transactions.
232 - 5/6/2011 Continue producing courseware with template/s established by RWD Administrator.
Integral - integral Consider glossary work from RDW Administrator throughout process – ongoing.
40 - 5/13/2011 Produce participant guide.
48 - 5/23/2011 Work with RWD workflow and edits.
20 - 5/26/2011 Post course, assessment, and participant guide to systems and ASC website.
72 - 06/29/11 Documentation (ongoing).
12 - on going Review contractor products .
