Job Description

Required Skills
A undergraduate degree in Technology Business or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Minimum 3- 5 years of continuous experience in the following:
System Process engineering
Process and technical design teams
Development activities implementations and maintenance of large-scale systems (Mainframe and Midrange)
Good communications skills including strong verbal written and presentation skills to executive staff.
Experience with ITIL for change/service/incident management. Broad understanding of batch job processing
Deep understanding Control-M (someone working at the level of an Administrator or Systems Engineer) or other job scheduling technologies/concepts is a plus.
Experience with multiple scheduling interfaces
Experience with utilizing vendor support 
Systems and Infrastructure Management technologies (tools from HP BMC)
Understanding of Operational challenges and dependencies as they relate to infrastructure decisions Sensitivity to Security best practices as related to infrastructure and application architectures.

·         Troubleshooting and remediation knowledge
·         Incident management skills including handling escalation activity
·         Basic knowledge of security concepts and usage in a corporate environment
·         Ability to interact with other technical and non-technical personnel
·         Excellent communication skills - oral and written
·         Knowledge of basic hardware and software troubleshooting
·         Experience using vendor support sites and processes
·         Use of Microsoft Office products
·         Ability to work independently or in a group
·         Knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows OS
