Description:

This position supports activities associated with program design and development for the creation of direct mail lists.  Designs, codes, tests, develops and documents application programs for marketing based on varying selection criteria.  Must be have strong SSIS, DTS, and T-SQL skills. 

Responsibilities:

·          Develops mass market campaign lists for direct mail

·          Analyzes and prepares results of campaigns

·          Collaborates with internal teams to develop smart strategies and actionable tactics to profitably grow customer relationships

·          Provides continuous and timely feedback to management, keeping them abreast of day-to-day issues that are important to the business, customer and/or the employee

·          Improve the performance of existing direct mail efforts while also increasing our online presence

·          Remain current on industry trends, new technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

·          Excellent communication skills with an in-depth knowledge of relational database models and experience managing multiple SQL databases.  

·          Must have Bachelors Degree and/or 5 years experience or equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience.

·          SSIS, DTS, DTS to SSIS conversion, and T-SQL experience, and Microsoft Office suite, to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. 

·          Data modeling, database warehousing, SSAS, SSRS, PL/SQL, and VBA experience a plus.
