ETL Manager but a Sr. Lead

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Requirement is for a Manager but a Sr. Lead will do who has Managed ETL teams (just developers will not do)

Prefers FC/Citizens/EAD.  ( if not we can try H1 and c2c)

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage ETL developers in full SDLC development of ODS, Master Data, Data Warehouse
* Detail understanding of the architecture of the Datastage ETL solution
* Manage resource allocation, project timelines and reporting
* Ensure standards and best practices for the IBM Datastage are used
* Communicate and lead technical and solution review sessions with technical team and partner teams
Minimum Core Competencies:
* Must be proficient and have experience with IBM Datastage.
* 8+ years of continuous experience leading a Datastage ETL team
* Recent experience of ETL Architecture (minimum version 8.x) and ETL design experience
* Certified Datastage professional a plus.
* Experience with data analysis, data integration, and database design and development
* Experience with developing and implementing ODS, data warehousing solutions or data migrations
* Knowledge of ETL concepts and with data flow diagrams or data flow designs


REQUIREMENTS
Skills: * Good knowledge of IBM Datastage version 8+
* Management of a development ETL team
* Project planning and coordination of many projects
* Adherence to ETL Architecture Standards
* Very good communications and management skills
Experience: * 8+ years of continuous accomplishments in ETL development and leading a Datastage ETL team.
