F2F is must
7-8 years of good JavaScript experience, with experience on both front and back end
They should have experience in media companies, startups are ok.
They should have another serious programming language on their resume, such as Java, with good experience on at least one project.
They should have an understanding of databases, xml parsing, asynchronous programming (threads).
Any mobile development is a plus.
