SOA Designer

General Skills:
eXtensible Markup Language (XML) design
XML Schema design(XSD)
Web Service Definition Language (WSDL) design
Unified Modeling Language (UML)
Visio (for UML modeling)
Source code control tools (preferably Team
Foundation Server and/or Subversion)
Eclipse (or vendor product based on Eclipse, preferable Rational Application Developer)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Specific Skills:
A higher order focus on technology.
Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) design,preferably with WebSphere Process Server and/or WebSphere Message Broker.
Enterprise Service Bus design, preferably with WebSphere Process Server.
Enterprise Systems integration with WebSphere Message Broker.
Web Service security design, preferably with WS-Security and Tivoli Security Policy Manager.
Service Registry concepts and Universal Description and Discovery Interface (UDDI) management(perhaps move to SA/SOA/CC?) Web Service Policy Management, preferably with WS-Policy.
Prefer WebSphere Integration Designer experience.
Business Process Modeling, preferably Business.
Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
