Brief Job Description:
Project Manager/Program Manager with HR process experience who can manage/coordinate the data centralization effort between various stakeholders. Stakeholders include Legal, HR, HRIS, International HR departments and DJ IT. Have flexibility with working with multiple regions and timezones. In addition be able to manage other HR initiatives that will be happening in parallel and facilitate changes that need to be made in PeopleSoft HCM 9.0
Required Skills:-
- Strong Project Management/Program Management skills being able to manage multiple tracks of work, Minimum of 5 years experience
- Very comfortable to work with the executive management layer and drive steering committee meetings
- Have PeopleSoft HCM experience
- Have Taleo (ATS and Onboarding modules) experience
- Creating/consolidating/managing multiple schedules, manage interdependencies and clarity on critic
- Effective at problem/risk management, scope management, issue/risk management, time management
- Qualified candidates must be energetic and have a strong drive for success
