Position : PeopleSoft Benefits Functional Analyst

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Columbus, OH

Rate : DOE

Responsible for the processing of the PeopleSoft Benefits module through demonstrated functional knowledge of configuration tables and the integrated PeopleSoft suite of products; collaborates with technical support staff to research and test application fixes and updates; serves as liaison to end users of the Benefits system and assist in ongoing training and development of staff on all aspects of system-related benefit plan administration

Consultant Experience/Skills Required:

·         Responsible for event maintenance and accurate processing of the PeopleSoft BenAdmin schedules and processes; conducts and leads extensive system testing of enhancements and changes to existing benefit plan offerings; develops and documents end-to-end business processes and assist in training end users; actively participates on project teams as needed
·         Assist in audit efforts for PeopleSoft data that impacts BenAdmin processing; stabilizes and supports production system issues that arise
·         Experience setting up retirement plans and/or saving plans desirable
·         Experience with open enrollment or leave accrual desirable
·         Provide functional input to other HR Analysts and Programmers to assist in the development of program and application specifications, programming, testing, implementation and documentation; works collaboratively with business units to help create job aids and end user procedures for all system-related benefit processes
·         Good written and oral communication skills
