Skills Required:
- Design, develop and implement
events, dashboards, reports and alerts based on gathered business
requirements and request from key stakeholders
- Manage and test developed
events, dashboards, reports and alerts
- Tune and validate quality of
event, dashboards, report and alert results
- Ability to understand/analyze
the Tealeaf environment and ascertain the needs to close out any gaps.
- Ability to convert business
requirements into Tealeaf specifications.
- Identify, analyze, diagnose and
quantify struggles/financial impacts found through Tealeaf solutions
- Align Tealeaf and Analytics
platforms to understand overall customer behavior
