Skill : Biztalk and Service Management

Will be leading a team of 15+ that will be responsible for production
support of multiple platforms
·
These platforms will include Biztalk platform, Service Now platform, HP
QC platform and some misc. tools/products
·
10+ total IT experience
·
3+ Service Management
·
Should have personal experience supporting one or more of the platforms
– Biztalk, Service Now, SOA
·
Should understand and used ITIL processes like incident, problem,
change, release management
·
Should have performed change management around platform related changes
and impact on applications supported on this platform
·
Should have managed 15+ members in onsite offshore model
·
Good communication skills
·
Good Stakeholder management
