Position: Siebel CRM Consultant
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description
General Responsibilities:
Design, develop, enhance and provide ongoing support for CRM systems.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on technical development and
approach. Lead system administration efforts and work with other groups within
IT to troubleshoot issues and maintain CRM systems.
Duties include:
·
Work across teams to lead efforts in Siebel System
Administration, managing Repositories, LDAP authentication and application
server and database management.
·
Develop, enhance and support specific mission-critical
Siebel Business Services.
·
Mentors programmers in the team and maintain a positive
work environment as well as continually review the software development process
and identify areas that need improvement.
·
Consults with user to identify current operating
procedures and clarify program objectives.
·
Reads manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to
learn ways to develop programs that meet user requirements.
·
Provides 7x24 production support.
Skill Requirements:
·
Experience with Siebel 8.1.
·
Experience with Siebel Marketing and OBIEE.
·
Experience in Siebel EIM with performance tuning
knowledge.
·
Strong experience developing complex Siebel Business
Services and e-Scripts.
·
Proficient in Siebel configuration and deep understanding
of methods to develop via configuration rather than scripting.
·
Familiarity with inbound and outbound Siebel Web services
and workflows a plus.
·
Experience with Oracle database programming background,
including data modeling skills and PL/SQL design.
·
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and
take initiative to find solutions for business requirements.
·
Has the experience and technical skills necessary to
participate in the development and maintenance of business systems using a
systems methodology.
