Job Description:

Required Skills :

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Java business and persistence developer using JEE technologies including SQL, and Java to support a high volume application.

·         Minimum of 3 years of extensive experience using an RDBMS with at least 1 year with DB2 and/or equivalent Relational database

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience with IRAD\Eclipse and WebSphere

- Candidate should be able to provide examples of why they can be described as having the following traits:
o Quick-study
o Self-sufficient (to some degree) in a very short period of time
Preferred Skills:
Mybatis/iBatis
Ability to read COBOL
Effective in team setting or as individual contributor
Ability to multi-task
EJB3.1
Strong documentation skills
Solid communication skills (written/verbal)
Deliverables Support Incremental Renewal efforts
  
High Level Responsibilities:
Read existing application soruce code to understand basic program flow
Using conversion tools, convert existing embedded SQL to MyBatis
Design New Java program flow from existing application code and support documentation
Write new EJB3 classes using Core Java'
Unit Test SQL and Converted Java EJB3 Beans
Contribute to Conversion Team Wiki
Other Experience in the Health and Human Services/ Title IV-A Eligibility business
Candidates with Prior Deloitte Experience will be highly regarded;
