Position description:

The IT PAC Support Analyst supports the company intranet (iNet) and the all the management and reporting applications related to iNet. This position will support iNet authors and users. Also, responsibilities would include some content management—knowledge of HTML and web content management is a plus. This position also support the collection and presentation of metrics for multiple sites.

Required Skills:

1.         Manage the iNet Tier 3 Siebel Help Desk queue.  Responsibilities include:  monitoring the queue for new and outstanding open items, contacting/following up with customers to help troubleshoot issues.  Verifying issues have been resolved, escalating issues to the Tier 3 developers as needed. 
2.         Reconcile Web Publisher and Content Author lists, ensure iNet Author group list and iNet Content Managers lists are up to date, communicate Web Publisher and iNet outages to content authors.  Manage the iNet Author iNet page, ensure content is up to date.  Post and communicate new processes to content authors
3.         iNet intranet maintenance that includes:  managing Corporate Resources and Favorites links, Left Navigation name changes, Google Sponsored link requests, new site requests, troubleshooting broken links
4.         Post corporate content via different communication channels:  Manage the iNet Home page Ad queue, create animated gifs and ad graphics, post new ads as requested.  Post new iNet Spotlights and videos as necessary. Post eBoards slides as requested.
5.         Manage Web Trends reports, create monthly Executive Sponsor Report, manage new Web Trends report requests, add users/update reports (including scheduled reports)

•           Interacts primarily with IT PAC team, iNet developers, iNet authors and users.
•           Some management communication necessary

Knowledge & Skills

•           Good computer proficiency, including applications that support intranet management and reporting
•           Excellent organizational skills
•           Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
•           Knowledge of web sites, content management systems, html, posting of content and videos to web sites
