Position: Business Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 6 Months

Complete Description:
**Mgr will do an initial phone interview for candidates outside of VA. However, they must be willing and able to attend a personal interview, if requested. The candidate will manage and develop an RFP for Client.
The candidate will review, analyze, and document existing and proposed business processes, participate in the business systems solution design for the RFP.
The Candidate will be required to provide project management and administrative support. The candidate will be expected to work independently and participate in group sessions to formulate systems and strategies to support the overall business requirements associated with the development of the RFP.
The candidate must be familiar with managing a d state procurement process, industry standards. Candidate will be responsible for preparing solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, etc.
Candidate will be responsible for working directly with stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for capturing and documenting detailed descriptions of user needs (Business Requirements), system functions (Technical Requirements), and the steps required to meet the programs objectives.
The candidate will be required to work within the Client PMD and Supply Chain Management Guidelines.
