Required Skills: PeopleSoft Benefits Admin Functional Consulting experience Implementation experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 3+ years of experience delivering information technology consulting services 2+ years of experience with the technical or functional design and configuration of PeopleSoft Enterprise solutions Detailed experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules: Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, Workforce Planning, Learning Management, Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Manager, Employee and Manager Self Service, eBenefits, ePerformance, eCompensation and UPK (User Productivity Kit)

Consulting Solutions delivers global IT consulting expertise to the various industries. Develops and offers integrated, end-to-end IT solutions in targeted industry segments that support the client's strategic, operational and financial goals and positions Dell Services for rapidly growing business. Consulting practice areas include business and IT transformation, enterprise architecture, business performance, process design, IT strategy (including applications portfolio strategy and assessment), ERP implementation, application design, and strategic consulting around emerging technologies. Strategizes and implements business and technology change working collaboratively with business leaders to align technology and processes to organizational strategies and objectives. Utilizes consulting intellectual property to develop solutions that drive change throughout the entire organization to control costs, increase operational efficiencies, improve productivity, accelerate delivery time, enhance customer service, drive revenue, and cultivate business growth. Develops and enhances intellectual property through research and client experiences. Typically, the Principal Consultant I provides client solutions for a large project or several small to medium size projects with limited complexity using standard methodology. Consulting activities include identifying needs, developing, influencing, and implementing proposals. Provides direction for entire consulting project or a project team and makes decisions on approaches and procedures. Program/project management responsibilities include quality of deliverables, team, budget, schedule and invoices. Performs work under consultative direction. Interacts with company and client managers. Prepares project proposals, cost estimates and participates in sales and proposal presentations. Performance is typically measured by delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours as well as accomplishments in various aspects of practice development. Typically requires six or more years of prior applicable experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience
