Position: .Net Developer
Location: Woodlawn, MD
Description: long-term contract .

Requirements:

          Demonstrated proficiency in .NET development, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, VB, XML, XSLT, XHTML
          Demonstrated proficiency in VB Script, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SQL
          Demonstrated proficiency in ASP.NET Concepts, Control Proficiency, Page life Cycle, HttpHandler, HttpHandlerFactory and HttpModule Proficiency
          Demonstrated proficiency in ADO.NET Fundamentals (DataTable, DataSet, DataColumn, etc)
          Experience in Visual Studio 2005 and 2008, (Microsoft Office integration with Visual Studio)
          Experience in SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
          Experience with SQL Server database design and development including database views, triggers and rules, stored procedures on the SQL Server platform
          Experience with Web Standards, Classic Web Development Concepts (State Management, Stateless Development), Core Ajax Fundamentals, Data Binding Fundamentals and DOM Familiarity
          Experience in requirements evaluation (translating business requirements into design specifications)
          Experience in developing system architecture diagrams and design specifications
          Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical. Candidate must be able to effectively interact with all levels of customer staff, and be able to flourish in a government contract setting
          Must be able to navigate in a Windows workstation setting, and have good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Education:

          An undergraduate degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology or a computer related field with 11 years of professional experience or a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a computer related field with 11 years of professional experience.
