Responsibilities:
* The Sr. Service Coordinator is responsible for providing routine support on hardware and software systems used by Associates, Contractors, Members, Providers, Vendors, and Partners. This will entail PCs, Mainframe, and Application support experience as well as experience troubleshooting network connectivity type issues.

Requirements:
* Position requires a College Degree in an IT technology field or equivalent work experience (3-5 years of commensurate and progressive growth experience in a highly dynamic Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT technical support environment).
* Must have basic knowledge of PC hardware, Network (LAN/WAN/VPN) Connectivity, MS Office, Mainframe, basic printer troubleshooting skills, ghosting software, and knowledge of web browsers, and Internet and Intranet connectivity.
* Familiar with Healthcare Customer Service environment and supporting Subscribers and Providers
* Knowledgeable about BMC Service Desk Express or Knowledge Managment tools preferred.
* Familiar with ITIL process and environment.
* Familiar with support of e-commerce or e-business web sites.
* HDI Certified (any Help Desk discpline) is a plus
*Continued support needed for various systems going live as well as due to the complexities and interconnectivity these new systems have
