| Qualifications: |
- BS in CS or Business. 6+ years in requirements definition and process modeling in advanced environments.
- Experience with 2+ ERP applications. 1+ year process ownership a plus Proficiency in "as is" process definition, gap analysis, "to be" business creation.
- Participation to 2+ transformation projects. Demonstrated effective writing skills. Proficiency with 1+ methodology, such as Rummler-Brache, Hammer, Lean Six Sigma Project management experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document & manage the business requirements of project end users and stakeholders.
- Coordinate exchanges between the user community and the development, testing and deployment teams.
- Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, manage the requirements specification to fulfill business objectives.
- Map business processes, analyze flows & data, recommend implementation strategies and track performance.
- Work with the user community to identify improvement opportunities. Negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts.
- Train, coach and mentor Business Analysts.
